Were we playing the games, or did the games play us?

New collage work exploring Hodgkinson's early years relationship with computers as they infiltrated our home reprogramming the family dynamic.

The exhibition explores how interactions with family and friends shifted as we invited dopamine infused technology into our lives. The allure of a glowing screen ushering us in to another world vying for our attention and exploiting our impatience. As the lines between utopia and dystopia blurred, asking questions about family, play, solitude and alternating between old and new worlds.
