The Everyday
Art in Motion’s new collective exhibition at Pound Arts Centre ‘The Everyday’ explores the beauty, humour, and meaning in daily life.
Art in Motion (AIM) has a new show opening at Pound Arts Centre.
The theme is ‘the everyday’ - open, playful, and deeply personal. It means something different to everyone: some artists are exploring still life through objects they encounter daily, others are experimenting with scale by transforming familiar items into sculpture, and some are capturing quiet, everyday moments from their own lives. The Everyday brings together both Artist studio groups in a vibrant collective show exploring the beauty, humour, and meaning in daily life.
8 May – 6 June 2026
Opening: Thursday 7 May, 6.30pm
Pound Arts Centre
Alongside the exhibition, the writing group will also be producing a new publication in response to the same theme, creating a real mix of mediums, perspectives, and styles.
