Join us for an evening of experimental sound and spoken word performances by Asmaa Jama, MA.MOYO and sanka sounds.
Following a poetry reading by Asmaa Jama, MA.MOYO weaves together a sonic tapestry of voice and immersive soundscapes, drawing on themes of ancestry, migration and the natural world. sanka sounds presents a DJ set as a sonic response to Asmaa Jama and Gouled Ahmed’s exhibition ‘Except this time nothing returns from the ashes’.
