Make a Lampshade with Emma Purdie
Using your own fabric you will learn how to make your very own 30cm Drum lampshade. Book an AM or PM session: 10:30 – 12:30 13:30 – 15:30
This workshop is suitable for beginners.
Using your own fabric you will learn how to make your very own 30cm Drum lampshade to take home. You can choose to make your lampshade with either a ceiling or standing fitting which will perfectly compliment your interior.
On the Day
Please bring some sharp scissors and your own fabric, fabric needs to be at least 100cm x 30cm, nothing too heavy, textured or heavily embellished, a medium weight cotton, linen or polyester cotton is perfect.
Please bring an apron and wear old clothes.
Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided. Lunch is not included in the ticket fee so please bring a packed lunch.
On arrival please make your way to the side gate of the Riverside Mill, through the courtyard and up the stone stairs on the side of the building. Please let us know if you require the lift.
Please be aware that you cannot use the Co-op car park for all day parking. The Methodist Church car park and Station Road car park usually have plenty of spaces
