Hidden Gallery, Bath, is excited to announce its new exhibition, 'Made in Paris'. On display from Saturday 13th July to Saturday 3rd August, Hidden's latest collection features original works on paper by the biggest names in Modern Art, specifically the pre-eminent masters who established Paris as the world's art capital.

Marc Chagall summed it up best when he declared 'Paris! No word sounded sweeter to me'. Throughout the 20th century, Paris was a magnet for radical artistic change, with a supremely avant-garde reputation. The city became renowned for its strong colony of artists who developed both friendships and rivalries that bolstered each of their individual careers.

'Made in Paris' promises to bring the City of Light to a small corner of Bath by showcasing extraordinary original prints by Matisse, Léger, Picasso, Chagall, and Miro. "With the upcoming 2024 Olympics, Paris finds itself at the apex of cultural conversation," said Amy Hampshire, senior manager of Hidden Gallery, Bath. "While these artists are a staple for us at Hidden, there could be no better time to host an exhibition of works created at the most acclaimed ateliers in the capital than now."

Art enthusiasts and collectors alike are invited to Hidden Gallery to immerse themselves in a sample of Paris' artistic, intellectual, and bohemian history. This exhibition will showcase a selection of original etchings, lithographs, and exhibition posters by some of the most significant figures of the 20th century. The prints, which are available to buy, will be on display in the gallery located at 14a Margaret's Buildings, BA1 2LP until Saturday 3rd August, offering attendees an exciting opportunity to take home their very own slice of art history. Do not miss this opportunity to experience the brilliance of these timeless masterpieces.
