Learn about the most popular methods of Relief Printmaking in this six-week course. You’ll primarily use lino to create your artwork, but other materials such as wood engraving will be covered as you progress.

You’ll learn how to carefully cut into the surface and then use stunning, traditional hand-presses to make your own prints.

This course is ideal for those who have some printing experience but also for budding artists who would like to have a go. All are welcome, just prepare to get creative and inky in our stunning workshop.

You’re encouraged to attend all three terms for Monotype, Drypoint and Collograph; Relief Printmaking and Etching as you develop your individual ideas and mark-making, however this is not necessary.

Come with sketches, doodles, photos or text which inspire you. Some materials will be included in the course fee and more will be available to buy at cost price.
