The English Artist is proud to present our first Plein Air Painting Day with the incredible Kirsten Elswood, hosted by Ford Farm.
Join artist Kirsten Elswood for a Plein Air Oil Painting workshop day in the wonderful Devon countryside.
19 th September 10am to 4.30 pm
£125
The day will start at 10 am
In the morning you will learn how to set up your easel and palette for painting outside. How to choose your composition, sketching out and mixing your palette and all aspects of working with oil paints outside.
A wonderful lunch by our hosts Ford Farm and an informal talk about the incredible projects they have going on at this stunning venue.
In the afternoon you will refine your paintings, paying attention to light and mood to create your own landscape compositions, finishing at 4.30 pm with Tea, Coffee and cake.
All materials supplied, if you wish to bring an easel you are welcome to do so.
There will be a maximum of 20 tickets so please make sure you confirm your booking early!
