Each participant has the opportunity to conceive and cast their own truly unique candleholder which they will take home at the end.
Workshop details:
> Participants will sit at a table in the 'Home from Home' pavilion, where they will have set up in front of them a pre-made mould and the casting materials and pigments required.
> Then a brief intro from Phil about his work and commission to create artworks for Ladden Garden and then a brief explanation of the Celestine mining history of Yate.
> Next, Phil will demonstrate the casting process; the mixing of the material and adding of colours, and pouring the material into the mould.
