CAST AND CLAYTRAP CHRISTMAS MAKERS MARKET

Following the success of last year, CAST, Clay Trap and CAST Café are delighted to be hosting our second Christmas Makers’ Market.

Following the success of last year, CAST, Clay Trap and CAST Café are delighted to be hosting our second Christmas Makers’ Market.

A range of hand-made wares by local artisan makers will be available throughout the building, including hand-woven baskets from Lin Lovekin, beautiful print from Lou Tonkin, ‘everlasting flowers’ from Pemboa, and an abundance of ceramics on offer from Clay Trap makers. Other local makers taking part include Wild Edges Tallow with their range of skin care products, potter Callum Cowie, and Rae Weaver with her woven woollens. There will be soaps and candles from Join Handcrafted and alpaca knits made by Sally Biddle, and Helston-based artist Richard Launder will be selling pieces from his extensive collection of ceramics.

CAST Café will be well stocked with their range of house-made breads and provisions as well as the first mince pies of the season. Bookings for breakfast and lunch service are highly recommended.

The Museum of Cornish Life’s Christmas Craft Fayre will take place on the same day.

Whilst you are in Helston, we also recommend The Bookshop in Helston, Pica Rico and the Emporium, and our Wendron Street neighbour Pellar Studio, for more early Christmas shopping nearby.
