'Between Land & Sea' Aga Kubish Solo exhibition

With a design background Aga's illustrations have quite a graphic style, with clean lines and muted colours . Flora and Fauna feature prominently and her love for nature is very evident. Her pictures sometimes have a quirky or humerous edge, as is seen in ‘woman’s brain’ or ‘lady with leaves’. Her style has translated very well into her new favourite medium of linocut printing, with plants and creatures still being regular subject matters. Some of her pieces are ambitious in size as she opts to carve larger than usual linos which make for impressive prints.

Much of the exhibition features limited edition linocuts as well as ink and watercolour originals.
