Sharon holds a BA Hons in Fine Art Printmaking at Loughborough and an MA in Printmaking from Camberwell School of Art.
After a successful career as a lecturer in Art and Design, she then spent ten years as a gallery owner and is now a full time artist. Between the school runs, she is a busy mum of three.
Studio time can vary from two to 20 hours a week. The mental transition from mum to artist can be problematic. Her practice has evolved since the arrival of her children.
Sharon's work focuses on painting and drawing, using many tools including digital.
