Visitor Services Supervisor
We are looking for an enthusiastic, Visitor Services Supervisor to join our busy and team on a part time basis.
The Role
The Visitor Services Supervisor will ensure that visitors receive an exceptional welcome providing a welcoming, safe, and accessible experience.
You will supervise a team of Visitor Services Assistants to greet visitors, invigilate gallery spaces and uphold our Health & Safety and Safeguarding policies and procedures.
Who are we looking for?
You are passionate about engaging with all our visitors and confident and calm and professional when problem solving.
You are organised and remain calm under pressure with an ability to handle an often rapidly changing workload and support the delivery of a busy programme.
You will ideally have an interest in contemporary art or cultural organisations but above all be passionate about making culture and the arts accessible for all.
Visitor Services Supervisor
Working Hours: 10:15-18:15 Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) equating to 8 hours per week. Additional hours will be available including evenings and weekends on a casual basis.
Contract: Part Time.
Salary: £26,000 per annum (paid on a pro-rata basis), which equates to £5,200 actually salary (£12.50 per hour).
