Visitor Services Supervisor
We are looking for a Visitor Services Supervisor to join our busy team.
The Role
You will be the first point of contact for visitors including the general public, clients, stakeholders and contractors. You will help to provide a warm welcome, excite and assist visitors and promote the events and exhibition programme.
Who are we looking for?
You will have experience in customer facing roles and enjoy working with people. You are calm under pressure and can handle emergency situations and support the delivery of a busy programme.
You will have an interest in contemporary art or cultural organisations and be passionate about making culture and the arts accessible for all.
Visitor Services Supervisor
Working Hours: Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) equating to 8 hours per week. Additional hours will be available including evenings and weekends on a casual basis.
Contract: Part Time
Pay: £22,880 per annum (paid on a pro-rata basis), which equates to £11 per hour.
The start date for this post is planned for mid to late April 2023.
