Collaborating across the CAS team, you will write and deliver a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy and lead the marketing function at Chapel Arts Studios to ensure high quality communications are delivered across the organisation’s digital channels and printed materials including:
● Lead on Marketing and communications strategy and planning.
● Understanding of Andover, its communities and main stakeholders.
● Create consistently high quality, eye catching and impactful marketing and
communications collateral for digital and print use to promote our exhibitions and events
as well as courses and workshops at CAS Community.
● Manage and update CAS’s website regularly to reflect most current events and activities.
● Manage social profiles, post, respond, interact and engage with our audience to reflect
current activities.
● Create and distribute email newsletters.
● Grow and maintain a press and marketing contact database.
● Create and monitor events using ticketing software.
● Write and distribute press releases when required.
● Build working relationships with local suppliers e.g. printers, signmakers.
● Build working relationships with local press, stakeholders and media outlets.
Data Management and Impact Reporting
● Work with colleagues to establish effective methods of data collection and reporting in line with Arts Council England Requirements and CAS’s own objectives, e.g. surveys
● Prepare a written quarterly report to the board feeding back on agreed KPIs.
● Be responsible for the creation and distribution of the Annual Impact Report as required
by Arts Council England.
