KWMC Communications Lead
We are looking for someone experienced in communications who will be able to tell the story of KWMC in powerful and engaging ways.
The Communications Lead will:
• Develop and ‘hold’ the KWMC comms strategy, working across the team to develop stories and a coherent narrative that shares our practice and the difference we are making.
• Develop the skills and storytelling capacity within the team including overseeing and commissioning content creation. This will include working with the KWMC Eight agency that supports emerging creatives to build their content production skills.
• Co-design with the team a plan to share the story of how we are developing community social and digital infrastructure and the power of this process.
• Work with the team to develop the KWMC Playbook – a resource to onboard and continuously explore our mission, objectives and practices.
• Work with wide range of stakeholders including ENoLL to share our learning and collaboration, contributing to building a movement of change makers.
• Work with community, industry, and academic partners ensuring equity and co- creation are at the heart of collaboration.
