Job Vacancy: Arts Producer

Oppor­tu­ni­ty for a proac­tive per­son who loves work­ing with peo­ple, arts and tech­nol­o­gy to work on a new project sup­port­ing artists and communities.

Bristol-based arts charity Knowle West Media Centre (KWMC) is seeking a proactive person who loves working with arts and technology in a community context and believes in the power of co-creation to achieve better futures for everyone.

The Arts Producer will develop and deliver KWMC’s socially-engaged arts programme, and deliver an exciting new project, ‘Come Together’. Come Together will support artists and communities to develop new skills, approaches and tools for creating, making and sharing art and cultural experiences in 'hybrid' ways - mixing physical and digital.

KWMC is looking to recruit an organised, excellent communicator who is excited about working across artforms and is comfortable with creative tech and innovative digital arts practices. 

Contract period: Fixed term for 12 months: May 2021 – May 2022

Hours: Part time: 4 days a week (30 hours per week)
