Head of Development

We are look­ing for an enthu­si­as­tic, Head of Devel­op­ment to join our busy and fab­u­lous team on a Per­ma­nent basis.

The Role
The Head of Development is responsible for the development and delivery of strategic fundraising and income generation activities in line with financial targets and in support of Arnolfini’s vision and mission.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial fundraiser to be responsible for generating new strands of income and leading on our fundraising initiatives. You will need to demonstrate extensive experience of delivering real income generating initiatives and projects within a similar organisational context and have the ability to build successful relationships with both existing and new partners locally, nationally and internationally.
You will need to have excellent writing and research skills and significant experience in creating successful bids, leading fundraising campaigns and undertaking the necessary reporting requirements.
As part of the Senior Management Team, you will work closely with Heads of Department across all areas to lead a whole organisation approach to income generation.
This is a busy role within a small high performing and friendly team, largely office based at Arnolfini, with some flexibility around working from home.

Head of Development
Working Hours: Full Time (40hrs p.w.) or equivalent pro rata
Contract: Permanent
Salary £32,000 – £38,000 pro rata per annum.
