Facilities & Resources Co-ordinator
A crucial role with key responsibility for the efficient and sustainable operation of facilities at Aspex, Portsmouth’s leading contemporary gallery.
Aspex is looking for a highly motivated, enterprising and organised individual with a ‘can do’ attitude to join our committed team. This is a crucial role with key responsibility for the smooth, efficient and sustainable operation of the facilities and best use of resources, including: ensuring that Aspex achieves its income generating potential through the development of premises hire; and providing a welcoming environment that enhances the visitor, tenant & hirer experience.
Aspex is more than a gallery – it is a creative hub for the region, supporting emerging artists and revealing the creative process. A charity, located in the historic Vulcan Building at Gunwharf Quays on the waterfront at Portsmouth Harbour, the gallery also delivers its programme and special events around the City, internationally and increasingly online.
The successful candidate, taking up the post of Facilities & Resources Co-ordinator will be joining Aspex at a crucial period, rebuilding income generation following the impact of COVID-19, and will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the organisation’s further development.
