Desk spaces/studios available for rent at Fish Factory Arts CIC, Penryn.

We have 2 buildings with current availability:

'Little Fish' at 1st & 2nd floor Seaways House, Commercial Rd is carpeted and most suitable for illustrators, writers and animators. This is a quieter building and has access to a small kitchen area.

'Big Fish' at The Sailmakers, Commercial Rd has an open plan area with desks in, this is a noisier space due to the Sailmakers upstairs and the open plan nature. Suitable for artists who can work at a desk- painters, jewellers, puppet makers and illustrators work here.

All studio holders get 10% discount on shop & cafe. £100 discount on gallery hire. Spaces start at £80 a month (inc bills)
