Seeking artists and designers to create a visual response to research material investigating what we can learn from animal and plant intelligence
Knowle West Media Centre (KWMC) and the Digital Cultures Research Centre (DCRC) are seeking an artist or designer to work on a new project exploring how animal and plant intelligences might inspire the design of new systems.
Artist fee: £1,750
Dates: 20 April to June 2020
The ‘Forms of Intelligence’ project is exploring animal and plant intelligences, asking how they might inspire the design of new systems which can benefit all living things.

-have an interest in animals, plants or connected living systems
-have experience in visual storytelling and socially engaged contexts
You will create a visual response to the ‘Forms of Intelligence’ research material, which will include podcasts and outputs from co-design workshops facilitated by KWMC and DCRC.
