An exhibition of work by the artist Vernon Carr Boyle from his extensive archive documenting the workings of a creative mind.
The Vernon C. Boyle archive has been catalogued by Museum staff and volunteers over the past 5 years and includes over 5000 watercolours, sketches, pen and ink drawings, illustrations, poems and reference material.
The exhibition features a selection of works from the archive and provides an insight into the workings of a creative mind as well as scenes from the artist’s time spent overseas during the First World War.
