The Three Photographers is Bristol’s Three Photographers’ Collective's fourth annual exhibition showcase. Each photographer responds to their own individual theme, creating a diverse display of photographic works.
Ken Abbott’s series Somewhere in England: Views from a Train Window explores the unique perspective of looking out at the world as it passes by from a train window. Abbott has spent the last three months travelling around England by train, capturing scenes from the windows; freezing moments and fragments that would otherwise roll on by.
Jeremy Fennel’s series London: A Personal View is a departure from the photographer’s usual cityscapes, as he takes a break from his home city of Bristol to capture life in the Capital.
Jean Hulford’s series Fragments: Glimpses of Life in Colour follows on from the photographer’s earlier project Small Stuff. With an emphasis on colour, the photographer sets out to present a series of images which highlight the beauty of ordinary, overlooked aspects of daily life.
