This phrase not only applies to encounters with strangers but may also relate to those who you have everyday contact with.
What happens when someone has difficulty expressing how they are feeling or what they have experienced?
Creating artwork can be a means of conveying inner thoughts and emotions because words are not always enough.
Through a variety of mediums and materials; this exhibition offers an outlet for artists to express their mental health, or represent the mental health of others.
Visitors are invited to view this collection between 27th November and 1st December 2024.
Perhaps viewers may relate to what they are viewing and subsequently apply these artists experiences to understanding their own mental health, or to helping others in difficult times.
