Talk and tour of A Quiet Fire with Ben Roberts
Join curator and Director of Brighton CCA, Ben Roberts, as he gives a free tour of A Quiet Fire, by South African-based artist Billie Zangewa.
Roberts will explore the development and process behind Zangewa’s practice, the politics of gender equality and race within South Africa, and the responsibility of representing lives and lived experiences.
This event take place in-person at John Hansard Gallery and will last for 30 minutes. Following the talk, there will be time for questions and further discussion.
