Suki Chan: A Trilogy of Films
Join artist Suki Chan and artist and film producer Jo Lanyon on Saturday 8th October, 3pm, at Hestercombe Gallery.
Artist Suki Chan presents Memory, Hallucinations and Fog In My Head, a trilogy of films that brings together different perspectives about individual and collective consciousness.
Within her wider study of consciousness and perception, Suki Chan worked with people living with dementia to explore how memory loss can destabilise our understanding of the present, while opening up other realities.
There will be an ‘in conversation’ between the artist and film producer Jo Lanyon. Refreshments will also be provided. This event is presented in partnership with Somerset Art Works.
