SHARP and Alice Mahoney present two distinct but complementary bodies of work exploring identity, landscape, material and the body.
From queer histories and coded resistance to playful, tactile forms, their work brings together photography, sound, printmaking and sculpture.
SHARP AWAKENING and Lavender Menace
SHARP presents AWAKENING, a newly produced limited edition cassette tape recorded live on To Moor The Sun alongside photographs from their Lavender Menace series which situates coded lesbian identity via clothing and flowers as reclaimed resistance.
SHARP is a queer working class, socially engaged artist, activist, and producer whose interdisciplinary approach moves between experimental video, photography, sculpture, and sound installations. They have works held in national public and private collections.

ALICE MAHONEY From Soft Ruins
Alice Mahoney presents a series of monoprints and small ceramic sculptures first shown as part of Soft Ruins in 2025. Sitting somewhere between painting and printmaking, the works feature hairy, drippy, lozenge-shaped forms that hover between abstraction and something more bodily or animal.
Mahoney is a Cornwall-based multidisciplinary artist working across sculpture, sound, film, painting and printmaking. Her process-led practice explores material, form and the relationships between bodies and their environments, with a particular interest in playful and experimental approaches to making.
