SAME MOON - Painting and Printmaking by Deidre Elphick

Standing alone during lockdown staring up at the full moon made me think of all other isolated people who were also looking at the same moon. I have had similar feelings when travelling, knowing that soon I would be looking up at the same moon in a new destination. The full moon has always felt special it and it makes me aware that it’s the same moon that humans have always looked up to throughout time.
