Primordial Dance

Each of Helen’s paintings is a unique exploration of the ever-transforming contexts in which we find ourselves. Touching the edges of philosophy, archaeology and physics, the work becomes a vehicle for contemplation as we reflect on the human experience. Helen is particularly interested in the link between ancient times and the present through material and place, both in the UK and in the Aegean.

Kate’s work in poetry and fiction is inspired by her background working in archaeology and museums. She seeks out the stories held within places and objects – exploring the physical and spiritual lives of our ancestors.
