Newlyn Society of Artists – St Clare Medical Centre Project

For the fourth year the Newlyn Society of Artists has collaborated with the St Clare Medical Centre to present a vibrant showcase of members' work on the walls of the Centre in Penzance. The exhibition extends for 12 months and everyone is welcome to visit.

The reactions of both staff and patients at the Centre has been overwhelmingly positive; members of the public often engage in conversations about the work and we are convinced that it helps to create interest and ease anxieties in an environment that could otherwise be quite unwelcoming and formal.
