Eye Painting Workshop with Katie Jones

In this 3 hr workshop Katie Jones will teach you how to draw out and paint a detailed eye using water mixable oil paints.

Under Katie's guidance, you will receive step-by-step instruction where Katie will introduce how she approaches working with the grid method and water-mixable oils. You will begin by drawing out the eye in pencil first, followed by a demonstration of how to mix colours and apply them to your drawing.

You will work from photographic references, making the workshop suitable for all experience levels. No previous painting experience is necessary, and all materials are included.

This workshop takes place during our group exhibition 'LIKE' in the KIT FORM gallery, which runs from 20 - 25th May.
