Creative Wellbeing at GHT - Workshops & Courses
Creative Wellbeing at GHT is a programme of workshops designed to promote, reflect upon and build positive wellbeing and resilience through creativity
Each course will be facilitated by an experienced creative practitioner who will guide and support you as you develop your skills and confidence and are designed to suit all creative abilities from beginners looking to learn a new art practice to experienced artists looking to build on their existing skillset. This is an opportunity for you to learn new techniques or to build on your existing skills.
