Anna Boland will be holding a final sharing event to conclude her CAMP Artist Residency.
Join Anna Boland for a final sharing event to mark the end of her CAMP Artist Residency at KARST. Anna is an interdisciplinary artist whose previous works have been realised and explored through drawing, video, sculpture, painting, and print.
During her CAMP residency at KARST, she has been exploring the potential of everyday air packaging materials to create sculptural forms. Influenced by dystopian fiction, notions of invisible environments and worlds, post pandemic existence, and the air we breathe. Anna has been exploring the unseen; the time and space in-between; making the invisible visible; and creating possibilities of what it may look like if we could see the invisible around us.
In this event Anna invites you to come and see the installation that she has created. This will be followed by an informal discussion and Q & A about the work at 3.30pm, followed by more time to drop in and have a look.
The KARST Gallery is also open at this time, so you can double up and have a look at Plymouth Contemporary 2021 as well!
