Alluvial
Alluvial is an exhibition of painting, printmaking, ceramics and jewellery inspired by the life of a river.
An exhibition of new work from the Terra Mater artists and makers, inspired by rivers; their force, their ecosystems, how they shape the land, our relationship with them and what they leave behind.
Terra Mater Art is a group of women artists and makers who are concerned about our environment. The group’s main concerns are the escalating and alarming issues of global warming, climate change, biodiversity loss, water and air pollution and deforestation. The exhibiting artists in ALLUVIAL are: Katie Bunell, Sarah Davies, Sarah Drew, Jill Eisele, Karen McEndoo and Linda Styles.
Tremenheere Gallery will be open daily, 10am – 4pm, for the duration of this exhibition. There will be an opening event on Saturday 9th March, 4 – 7pm, where you will be able to meet all of the exhibiting artists – all welcome to attend, no need to book. Entry to Tremenheere Gallery is FREE.
