Youth Programme Producer
Bricks are looking for an experienced Youth Worker to build and deliver a youth programme for St Anne’s House.
The focus of this new role is to build and deliver a youth programme for St Anne's House including an open access youth offer one evening a week.
This role will work with local young people, and other youth organisations, to create an engaging and dynamic offering.
The Youth Programme Producer will have a solid grounding as a Youth Worker, and be able to build on this in a producer/project management capacity developing the youth offer at St Anne’s House, in collaboration with the wider team and partner organisations.
This role will be delivered with support from Creative Youth Network.

Position: Youth Programme Producer
Responsible to: CEO, Bricks.
Responsible for: Freelance Assistant Youth Workers
Hours: 20 hours (2.5 days) per week including evenings.
Salary: £27,000 pro rata - Actual: £13,500.
Annual Leave: 20 days, plus statutory bank holidays, pro rata
Probation Period: 3 months.
Contract: Salaried, PAYE, Initially 12 months fixed term, with
potential to extend.
Location: St Anne’s House, St Annes, Bristol, BS4 4AB, with hybrid/
working from home possible.
