Studio 13 is approx 16 m sq, and will be available on an initial 1 or 2 year lease. Parking, wifi, secure 24/7 access, and water are all provided, metered electricity is supplied and tenants can take advantage of advice, support and networking from our team, as well as the benefits of being part of a creative community.
Monthly rent is £250 for a start-up, £350 for a maker with 2+ years experience. Studio share is also available.
