Job vacancy: Development Manager (fundraising)
Recruiting for a Development Manager (full time) to build new funding relationships for our artistic programme, core revenue and special projects.
We are looking for an individual with creativity, experience and commitment to join our team as Development Manager and help us build new funding relationships for our artistic programme, core revenue and special projects. This is a new role at Spike Island.
The Development Manager will be responsible for all philanthropic fundraising and will make applications to trusts and foundations, build relationships with individuals and design partnerships with the corporate community.
We are seeking someone who has a passion for the arts, great research and organisational skills, and a proven track record of fundraising from various sources. You will manage our fundraising programme with flair, and your keen eye for detail and excellent writing and communication skills will ensure your success.
In one of our most visible roles, you will enjoy engaging with donors and sponsors at all levels. This is a great opportunity for you to make your mark and implement a new fundraising strategy for this internationally respected organisation.
The position is offered full-time (35hrs per week).

Interviews to be held week commencing 29 August and 5 September 2022.
