Project Officer - Admin & Finance
The Project Officer will be responsible for all aspects of organisation and project administration, supporting improved efficiency for teams.
We are looking for someone to join our small but dynamic team to support our growing organisational and project administrative needs. We have multiple projects running at any one time so we are looking for someone who can take care of all these projects whilst maintaining high standards of delivery with excellent attention to detail.
The role will work across all areas of the organisation's core activity, giving you an opportunity to support creative events and workshops, partner meetings and sector communications. Additionally, you will support the specific reporting requirements of the Sea for Yourself funded project, ensuring financial and activity monitoring is captured, maintained and submitted. Experience of Arts Council England and National Heritage Lottery Fund grants and reporting processes will be advantageous. You will need to have experience of budget administration including processing invoices and grant payments.
