The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support the smooth running of AIM. This is a key role within our team, ensuring our administrative, financial, and operational processes run efficiently. You will work closely with the Director and provide essential support across the organisation, helping us maximise our impact and continue our mission of making the arts accessible to all.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

  • Manage general office administration, including correspondence, filing, and data management.

Finance & HR Support

  • Assist with financial administration, including processing invoices and expenses.

  • Maintain records of budgets and funding reports, and support HR functions such as recruitment administration, staff inductions, and maintaining HR records.

Project & Event Support

  • Provide administrative support for AIM’s events, workshops, and projects.

  • Assist with booking venues, and liaise with artists, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

IT & Communications

  • Maintain internal databases and digital systems, ensuring accessibility.

  • Liaise with the communications manager to support website updates and social media content, where required.
