Portland and Weymouth Towns of Culture 2025 Project Board invite applications for ‘Reveal’, an open call for projects that shine a light on creativity in our town and on our isle! Grants of up to £10,000 are available to support new cultural activity taking place between October and December 2025 in either Portland or Weymouth.
We’re looking for projects that excite, engage, and inspire – whether that’s a performance, artwork, event, or creative happening in a public space. We hope to fund between 3 to 5 projects.
To apply, your project must:
- Involve two or more partners – individuals or organisations working together to deliver new cultural activity.
- Reach new audiences in Portland and/or Weymouth – get creative about who you connect with and how.
- Embody Environmental Responsibility – from planning to delivery, show how your work cares for the planet.
- Be inclusive and accessible – designed with and for diverse communities, welcoming everyone to take part.
This is your chance to be part of a major cultural moment for our towns – revealing untold stories, making space for imagination, and bringing people together through creativity.
