Salary Grade 3 £25,119 - £25,979 (Pay Award pending)
Fixed Term, 21 hours per week (£14,257 - £14,745 pro rata) to March 2026
About the job
The role will support the learning team and work with the Access & Interpretation Manager, Digital Engagement Officer and a core of external artist facilitators.
This is an entry-level role designed to provide hands-on experience in a range of gallery and museum education and engagement projects. We aim to build engagement with our communities of young people in Falmouth, with art and social justice at its core.
About you
You will work primarily on our youth programme ‘Splanna’ for young people aged 11-14. You’ll also work on events to increase the engagement of young people aged 11-30, and on delivery and programming of our regular family activities.
You’ll need to be able to help support and build engagement with young people through inclusive, interdisciplinary, and accessible programming of events, workshops and regular activities.
