An experienced creative programme manager to further the University of Exeter Arts and Culture Strategy 2022 – 27 in Cornwall.

Location: Cornwall (Hybrid)
We are looking for an experienced creative programme manager to further the University of Exeter Arts and Culture Strategy 2022-27 in Cornwall, delivering programmes and building networks at Penryn and Truro campuses that strengthen links with the regional cultural and creative sectors. This post is a temporary, maternity cover role.
The post-holder will be responsible for delivering programmes, activities and networks that further the objectives of the Arts and Culture Strategy in Cornwall, with a focus on interdisciplinarity and creative process.
The post-holder will manage all aspects of programme delivery, and raise the profile of Arts and Culture through contributing actively to creative and cultural networks across Cornwall, demonstrating a strong understanding of place, heritage and diversity. The post-holder must work productively and in alignment with the rest of the Arts and Culture team and university colleagues.
The post holder will integrate Cornwall campus strategic priorities into the delivery of their role, by bringing Arts and Culture strategic priorities to initiatives such as the Civic University Agreement, partnering with Falmouth University, and supporting site-specific capital development projects.
