Job - Inclusive Growth Coordinator
We are looking for an Inclusive Growth Coordinator to support growing our membership and income streams.
CAMP CIC is a member-led professional development and support network for artists/curators/producers/arts writers living in Devon and Cornwall.
As CAMP grows, we are looking for an Inclusive Growth Coordinator to support growing our membership and income streams as we develop. By ‘inclusive growth’ we mean growth founded on equitable opportunity, which is distributed fairly and benefits everyone.
Key Tasks:
- Maintaining, caring for, and growing the CAMP membership.
Working with the CAMP Coordinator, Gathering Resources Working Group and CAMP Directors to develop funding applications.
- Developing new partnerships and maintaining existing partnerships.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Supporting grant writing / funding bids.
Implementing meaningful Equality Diversity and Inclusion initiatives within arts or community organisations.
- Good knowledge and interest in contemporary visual arts in regional and national levels.
- Good understanding of inclusivity, diversity, and representation.
Essential attributes:
- CAMP does not have a physical base, so this is a ‘home working’ post.
- Self-motivated and able to use initiative.
- You live in Devon or Cornwall.
This is a freelance contract - 1 day per week for 58 weeks @ £200 per day, starting week commencing 28 February 2022, ending in March 2023.
You will have a Unique Tax Reference (UTR) number and be responsible for your own tax and national insurance.
