IT Services Technician
We are looking to appoint an IT Services Technician, a post that serves a crucial role within our busy IT Services Team.
An exciting opportunity has come up with Arts University Plymouth, we are looking to appoint an IT Services Technician, a post that serves a crucial role within our busy IT Services Team.
If you are an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible individual with a knowledge of Macs, PCs and other devices, then this could be the role for you. We are a forward thinking and dynamic department, with varying degrees of experience and specialisms, we focus on a collaborative approach to ensure we achieve our goals as a team.
As an institution, we use a variety of software, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and more. This is a varied role, where your responsibilities will include offering support to our students and staff on our Service Desk function, troubleshooting and working with the rest of the team on other projects and processes.
