Torpoint Artists Collective CIC (TAC), in partnership with Torpoint Town Council, is commissioning a Creative Strategy Specialist (or team) to co-create an ambitious 5-year Arts, Culture & Creative Industries Strategy for the town.

🧭 Fee: Up to £9,000
📍 Location: Torpoint, Cornwall (with flexible working)

This is a chance to lead meaningful cultural change by embedding creativity, community voice, skills development and placemaking into the town’s future. We actively welcome applications from diverse practitioners and collaborative partnerships.
