Graduate Studio Residency
An opportunity for a recent graduate from a crafts related undergraduate or masters degree to have a studio space at New Brewery Arts for 24 months.

We have created an opportunity for a recent graduate from a crafts related undergraduate or masters degree to have a studio space at New Brewery Arts for 24 months. The residency will provide time and space within a creative, supportive environment to forge a sustainable craft career.
WHAT WE ARE OFFERING
The two-year Residency, worth over £10,000, will provide one artist-maker with a package comprising:
- A single Studio space at New Brewery Arts
- Creative mentoring
- Business incubation support; one-to-one coaching
- Public selling and promotional opportunities via our events
- Access to office facilities
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate will:
- Be present at the studio for the majority of the time, ideally 4 days each week 10am - 5pm (as a minimum – option to use the space longer hours and every day)
- Be raring to go and will strive to make the most of this opportunity!
- Be a recent graduate - maximum graduated 5 years.
