Finance Manager

We are work­ing togeth­er with the Roy­al Corn­wall Muse­um to find a Finance Man­ag­er to work across both organisations.

To offer a full-time role, the job will be split equally between Royal Cornwall Museum and Newlyn Art Gallery & The Exchange. You can also apply for one part-time position, at either venue.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading on all financial operations of the RCM and Newlyn Art Gallery & The Exchange, supporting the Team, Directors, and Board with financial acumen and insight to ensure finance is integrated into all decision-making. The role at the RCM will lead on the financial management of the capital development project. The Finance Manager will provide financial support to colleagues and stakeholders of the business ensuring a smooth and efficient running of the finance department.

Contract: Permanent full-time equivalent* [0.5fte at each organisation] (or freelance)
Accountable for: A Finance Officer, one based at each organisation
Salary: £35,000 circa, pro rata, depending on experience
