Festival Steward Team Leader

We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed person to join our Festival team to lead on the recruitment and coordination of paid stewards and volunteers for the 2021 b-side Festival on the Isle of Portland, Dorset. The festival runs September 09 - 12, but recruitment of paid stewards and volunteers, preparation, scheduling etc. begins in June and increases in intensity as the Festival approaches.

The contract will be for the period between June - Sept 15th 2021.
