Executive Director at The Mowlem
The Board have decided to create this new role of Executive Director to take the Mowlem on the next exciting stage of its journey.
Job title: Executive Director
Reports to: Board of Trustees
Line managed by: Chair of Board
Responsible for: Operations Manager
Location: Based at the Mowlem, Swanage with some travel required.
Some flexibility for hybrid working
Salary: £45,000
Work Pattern: Full time (40 hours a week), usually daytimes with evenings & weekends as required
Main Purpose of the Job
To provide artistic vision and business development to the Mowlem Theatre. To engage with the public and community and advocate for the organisation. To develop plans for the long-term sustainability of the venue. This is the senior leadership role within the organisation.
