Deputy Director [Commercial & Operations]
To develop, monitor and coordinate the organisation’s earned income strategy, and lead on the gallery’s commercial operations.
The Deputy Director will develop entrepreneurial approaches to income generation across the organisation and support teams delivering our existing admissions policy, hires programmes, shops, cafes, and online retail offers etc, to maximise the levels of income generated, and broaden the range of sources from which this is drawn. You will join the gallery Senior Management Team, contributing to overall gallery policy and planning, with a particular focus on enterprise.
This role is permanent, part-time, 3 days p/w / 0.6 FTE with a salary of £27,133 – £32,010 pro rata (pay review pending)
