Cultural Alliance Programme Manager

Trin­i­ty Com­mu­ni­ty Arts is look­ing to appoint an ambi­tious and self-moti­vat­ed indi­vid­ual to man­age and deliv­er Trinity’s Cul­tur­al Alliance

Trinity Community Arts is looking to appoint an ambitious and self-motivated individual tomanage and deliver Trinity’s Cultural Alliance – a strategic arts partnership with three localprimary schools.

Launching September 2024, running initially for two years with key funding secured, the
programme will deliver a tailored arts-based curriculum for Key Stage 2 pupils in dance
and drama.

The Alliance has been designed to address pre-existing gaps to arts access and
educational inequalities - to support children in their learning, teachers in their practice,
and help schools nurture creative development.

You will work closely with Trinity’s Youth Services Manager and contracted arts partners toplay a central role in the execution of the Alliance - helping Trinity to further its local reachand impact.

You will be an experienced project/programme manager with a proven track record of
delivering educational and/or arts activities for children. You will have a passion for arts
engagement and education, coupled with a strategic mindset, to help build a future
where culture thrives, communities flourish, and creativity knows no limits.
